From the moment I graduated until now, I have endeavors in information technology. Things changed over time and so is my career path. I started as a system support but eventually through hardship and self learning, I have become a software engineer. I believe in working with people to create good software and the benefit should be mutual. However, I don't believe by taking an examination during job interview can proof anything on a person. Information Technology is such a vast knowledge and I also don't believe closed book can produced any results for the said examination. Thus, I rejected such used methodology.
